Book Talk Tuesday

http://mrsjumpsclass.blogspot.com/
My first time linking up for book talk, so I will be brief.

I like to celebrate wacky off-the-beaten-path holidays and have been prepping for National Chemistry Week. There are too many books to share but two books rise to the top: The Magic School Bus Gets Baked in a Cake and What is a Scientist?

What is a Scientist? shows action shots of real kids observing, questioning, and experimenting. How simple and effective to take action shots of your own kids engaged in these scientific processes then reread the book with your personalized pictures!

The Magic School Bus Gets Baked in a Cake is about baking which is a favorite activity in every classroom. Edible chemistry is such a great way to learn while having fun, and this book is a fun, easy-to-understand way to approach the science concepts.

Have fun being scientists and remember, next week is International Magic Week!
